Wendy C. Krog

Wendy Krog is an associate in Hopkins & Carley’s Trust and Estate Litigation Practice.  She provides representation in every aspect of trust and estate litigation including financial elder abuse, will and trust contests, recovery of trust assets, removal of trustees, accounting actions, and conservatorships.

Prior to joining Hopkins & Carley, Wendy practiced at a large Bay area firm, where she was a member of both the transactional and litigation groups.  Her prior practice included representation of major banking institutions, complex commercial litigation, insurance defense, corporate governance, and mergers and acquisitions.
