Dominic is a member of the Senior Management Team. His principal responsibilities include monthly financial reporting, preparation of the annual operating and capital budgets, supporting the annual Partner compensation process, lateral acquisition due diligence, developing strategies for cost containment and revenue optimization, and providing support for the executive committee, practice group leaders, and business managers.
In addition to FP&A related activities, he manages all accounting functions, including month-end close, payroll, collections, accounts payable and client intake. He serves as a resource to firm management and leadership, providing budgeting expertise and advice, as well as thoughtful analysis regarding rates, realization and profitability.
Prior to joining Hopkins & Carley, Dominic served in senior finance positions at Weil, Gotshal & Manges in Redwood Shores, Jones Day in Palo Alto and Nixon Peabody in San Francisco.
