Michael Custer is a member of the Family Wealth & Tax Planning Practice in Hopkins & Carley’s San Jose office and also provides support to the Trust and Estate Litigation Practice. His primary focus is trust administration, probate, fiduciary accountings, estate tax returns and, conservatorships, especially with respect to complex or unusual matters.
Prior to joining Hopkins & Carley in 1998, he was a paralegal for Gray Cary Ware & Freidenrich, LLP in Palo Alto.
