Ross Adler is a retired member of Hopkins & Carley’s Financial Institutions & Creditors’ Rights Practice and Real Estate Practice.  His practice encompasses a broad range of transactional real estate matters, particularly on behalf of financial institutions, developers, and property owners in:

  • Construction, bridge, and permanent financing transactions
  • Loan workouts

  • Represented a landowner in documenting a complex transaction involving several hundred acres being sold for development.
  • Represented a regional bank in the sale of three problem construction loans valued at more than $15 million in principal to an investor.
  • Represented a landowner in a ground lease of land for a large retail development project.
  • Represented a private equity lender/investor in investment in and loan to Tahoe casino project.
