Breck Milde is an attorney in the San Jose office of Hopkins & Carley and a member of the Financial Institutions & Creditors’ Rights Practice Group.  He has extensive experience with complex litigation matters in the state and federal courts focused in the areas of:

Breck is on the Judicial Arbitration Panel, and has acted as a Judge Pro Tem for the Santa Clara County Superior Court.

Prior to joining Hopkins & Carley, Breck was a founding partner at Terra Law LLP.  He also served as legal counsel to Comerica Bank, and Pacific Western Bank.  Breck has been selected to Northern California Super Lawyers every year since 2006.
