Job Opening: Trademark Executive Assistant

Hopkins & Carley, a law firm with offices in downtown San Jose and Redwood Shores, is seeking a Trademark Legal Executive Assistant to join our established and growing trademark practice, in our Intellectual Property Practice Group in our San Jose office. You will have significant interaction with clients and others outside the firm, and should enjoy working with people and have excellent communication skills. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential. You should be fluent in MS Word and Outlook, be familiar with USPTO and/or WIPO trademark forms and processes, trademark docketing, and have the ability to learn other firm software.
