Hopkins & Carley, a dynamic and well-established law firm with offices in downtown San Jose and in Palo Alto, has an immediate opening for a full-time Receptionist in its downtown San Jose office. This individual will answer phones and direct calls; greet clients and other visitors; manage reception desk duties such as parking validation and monitoring conference rooms scheduling; and handle various facilities-related tasks. Special projects may be assigned. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of reception experience as well as outstanding communication and computer skills and the ability to multi-task and manage a multi-line phone system.
