Legal Word Processor
Hopkins & Carley, a law firm with offices in Palo Alto and downtown San Jose, is seeking a part-time Word Processor to work in its downtown San Jose office. The candidate must have a minimum of two years of related experience, advanced knowledge of MS Office products (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint), experience with Open Text (document management software), Legal MacPac, and Acrobat; experience in Visio, Photoshop, Best Authority, Workshare/DeltaView, and tables of authorities knowledge, helpful. Candidates must have excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as the ability to learn new applications. Work hours will be 20-25 hours (primarily afternoon/early evening) per week, Monday through Friday.
