Here are some of the steps we have implemented:

• Technology to work from anywhere. As of today, and until further notice, most of our employees will not be in the office. Our technology ensures that all of our professionals can securely access the Hopkins & Carley network remotely. This means that you can communicate with your Hopkins & Carley contacts even if they are not physically in the office.
• Telephonic or video meetings. We have the technology to facilitate video or telephonic conference meetings in lieu of in-office meetings. If you have a previously scheduled appointment in our office in the next few weeks, we will be in touch to arrange for a telephonic or video meeting, or to reschedule the meeting.
• Conferences and events. We are working to cancel or reschedule many upcoming Hopkins & Carley seminars, conferences, and events that put large numbers of people in the same room.
• Our commitment. Most important, we know that during trying times, proactive, two-way communication is critical, along with creative solutions. If we need to make adjustments in our engagement with you, please let us know. 

Helping our clients navigate the business challenges presented by this situation is also a top priority.
