Job Opening: IP Litigation Associate

Hopkins & Carley, a full service law firm with offices in Redwood City and downtown San Jose, has an immediate opening for an IP Litigation Associate with 4-6 years of experience.  We are currently working remotely in compliance with the County Shelter-in-Place Order, but when we return to working in the office the position will be in our San Jose office.  We are seeking an IP Litigation Associate who has the versatility and interest to work on both IP (patent, trade secret, trademark, copyright litigation) and tech-centric general commercial litigation (breach of warranty and contract, fraud, unfair competition, privacy).   A technical background is preferred, but not required.  Strong research, legal analysis, writing skills and interest in trial work are required.  We seek candidates that are proven self-starters as well as possessing the ability to work as part of a larger team.
