Joanne Lue is an associate in Hopkins & Carley’s Redwood Shores office and a member of the Family Wealth & Tax Planning Practice. Her practice focuses on estate planning, wealth transfer and planning, and trust and estate administration. She develops thoughtful and comprehensive estate plans and has experience counseling clients in trust and estate disputes.
During law school, Joanne served as a judicial extern to The Honorable Thomas Wm. Cain in the Probate Department of the Superior Court of California in Santa Clara County, where she reviewed and analyzed issues in probate cases regarding trusts, estates, elder abuse claims, guardianships, and conservatorships.
Prior to joining Hopkins & Carley, Joanne was an associate at Thompson Welch Soroko & Gilbert LLP and Venable LLP. Joanne is fluent in Mandarin.
