Ivo G. Daniele

Ivo Daniele is a member of Hopkins & Carley’s Litigation Department and has successfully assisted clients in mediation, arbitration, and the litigation of disputes. He also has extensive experience representing contractors and developers in both complex public construction and private works litigation, including mechanic’s lien and stop notices, construction defect, and public works bid and payment disputes.

Ivo has experience in the field of complex business transactions including purchase and sale agreements, complex commercial lease agreements, and acquisitions.

Prior to joining Hopkins & Carley, Ivo was a litigation attorney at Wolkin Curran, LLP.
