Carmen Aviles is a member of Hopkins & Carley’s Corporate Practice in the Palo Alto office.  Carmen is experienced in patent, trademark, trade secret, privacy and data, and commercial law. 

Carmen advises private and public clients on:

  • Commercial and technology-based transactions
  • Software and SaaS licensing
  • Privacy and data protection compliance matters

Prior to joining Hopkins & Carley, Carmen was Senior Counsel at an Intellectual Property boutique where she drafted various commercial agreements and litigated business and intellectual property matters in state and district court, and before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.
