Hopkins & Carley, a full service law firm with offices in Redwood Shores and downtown San Jose, has an immediate opening for a Real Estate Associate.  While the Santa Clara County Shelter-in-Place Order is in effect, the Associate will work from home.  When we return to working in the office, the Associate can work from either our San Jose or Redwood Shores office, with some remote work available. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience working on a broad range of real estate transactions.  The candidate should have experience with leasing and negotiating, documenting, performing due diligence, closing acquisitions and dispositions, and secured financings.  We are looking for someone with strong academic credentials and excellent written and oral communication skills.  Candidate must be a current member of the State Bar of California in good standing.
