Hopkins & Carley, a full-service law firm with offices in Redwood Shores and downtown San Jose, has an immediate opening for a Corporate Associate.  While the Santa Clara County Shelter-in-Place Order is in effect, the Associate will work from home.  When we return to working in the office, the Associate can work from either our San Jose or Redwood City office, with some remote work available.  The ideal candidate will have at least 5-7 years’ experience representing early stage technology start-ups in connection with venture capital financings, M&A transactions, securities offerings, and general corporate matters.  We seek candidates that are proven self-starters, as well as possess the ability to work as part of a larger team.  Candidates must be a current member of the State Bar of California in good standing.  Please send resume to: AttorneyRecruiting@hopkinscarley.com
