Job Opening: IP Litigation Associate

Hopkins & Carley, a full service law firm with offices in Redwood City and downtown San Jose, has an immediate opening for an IP Litigation Associate with 4-6 years of experience. We are seeking an IP Litigation Associate who has the versatility and interest to work on both IP (patent, trade secret, trademark, copyright litigation) and tech-centric general commercial litigation (breach of warranty and contract, fraud, unfair competition, etc.). A technical background is preferred, but not required. Strong research, legal analysis, writing skills and interest in trial work are required.  We seek candidates that are proven self-starters as well as possessing the ability to work as part of a larger team.
