On-Demand Webinar: Developing Effective Handbooks Seminar

The Employee Handbook is (or should be) one of the cornerstones of any company’s human resources infrastructure. All companies should review and update their Employee Handbooks periodically, preferably every 12 to 18 months.

As the New Year begins, employers should review their Employee Handbook to ensure that it is compliant with recent court decisions, new legislation that became effective on January 1, 2021, and current best practices. Policies that may be most likely to require attention include those relating to the California Family Rights Act, lactation leave, and leave for crime victims.

This webinar will assist employers in creating or updating an Employee Handbook to aid them in complying with applicable laws and minimizing the risk of claims from employees.
