Job Opening: Litigation Associate (3-6 years of experience)

Hopkins & Carley, a full service law firm with offices in Redwood Shores and downtown San Jose, has an immediate opening for a Litigation Associate with 3-6 years of litigation experience.  We are currently working remotely in compliance with the County Shelter-in-Place Order, but when we return to working in the office, the position will be in our San Jose office, with some remote work available.  We are looking for an associate to work on business litigation matters with an emphasis on representing creditors in business bankruptcies and representing other secured and unsecured creditors in the restructuring and enforcement of complex loan transactions. Strong research, legal analysis, and writing skills and an interest in trial work are required.  We seek candidates that are proven self-starters as well as possessing the ability to work as part of a larger team.
