Job Opening: Corporate Associate

Hopkins & Carley, a full-service law firm with offices in Redwood City and downtown San Jose, has an immediate opening for a Corporate Associate in its Redwood City office.  The ideal candidate will have at least 4-6 years’ experience representing early stage technology start-ups in connection with incorporations, venture capital financings, M&A transactions, securities offerings, and general corporate matters.  We seek candidates that are proven self-starters, as well as possess the ability to work as part of a larger team.  Candidates must be a current member of the State Bar of California in good standing.  Please send resume to: AttorneyRecruiting@hopkinscarley.com
