Managing the performance of employees is one of the most basic duties of every supervisor.  Effective supervisors are able to establish performance standards, deliver feedback in a way that enhances the performance of all employees (not just those who are not meeting expectations) and, when necessary, implement terminations in a manner that does not create legal risk for the organization or damage its culture.  Our seminar will offer practical tips on how to accomplish these basic but extremely important tasks.
