A Manager’s Guide to Discrimination & Harassment

California state law requires certain employers to provide formal training to their supervisors in the prevention and correction of sexual harassment. In order to help employers comply with this law, we are conducting a seminar focusing upon:

• Recognizing Discrimination and Harassment;
• Understanding the law and applicable policy with respect to discrimination and harassment;
• Practical techniques that can be used to assist in preventing discrimination and harassment;
• How to respond properly to complaints of discrimination and harassment.

Attending this seminar is an ideal way for new supervisors or supervisors that missed an employer’s on-site seminar to receive AB 1825 compliant training.
