Lukhan Baloch is a member of the Litigation Department.  She joined Hopkins & Carley in 2009.

Lukhan provides support to the IP Litigation Group, and her focus areas include Patent Infringement, Trademarks, and Copyrights.  She is involved in all aspects of IP litigation and provides assistance in drafting pleadings, preparation of discovery, witness interviews, document review, managing large document productions, conducting research, and trial preparation.

Lukhan holds a Bachelor of Law (LLB) degree from the University of Reading, United Kingdom, and an ABA-approved Certificate of Proficiency in Paralegal Studies from DeAnza College.
